1 lb gemelli or cavatappi
2 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 head cabbage, cored and sliced into 1’ squares
1 bunch rainbow swiss chard
1 cup vegetable broth
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 ½ tsp caraway seeds
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp fresh cracked black pepper
Warning: Don’t eat between 5 to 12 hours before a date. Very farty but delicious.

- Cook pasta.
- While pasta is cooking, sauté onion in oil over medium heat for 5 – 7 minutes until they start to brown. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
- Add chard and cabbage and stir. Cook 2 minutes, then add liquids.
- Cook for 5 minutes then add cooked pasta, caraway, salt and pepper.
