2 tbsp olive oil
½ c stone ground mustard
½ c Dijon mustard
1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
10 cloves garlic
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 8oz package tofu, drained and cut into 6 pieces
- In food processor, blend mustard, soy sauce, pepper, thyme and garlic
- Brush generously on both sides of tofu then coat in panko
- Heat oil to medium high heat in medium sized pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
