2 tbsp olive oil
½ c stone ground mustard
½ c Dijon mustard
1 ½ tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
10 cloves garlic
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 8oz package tofu, drained and cut into 6 pieces

 

  1. In food processor, blend mustard, soy sauce, pepper, thyme and garlic
  2. Brush generously on both sides of tofu then coat in panko
  3. Heat oil to medium high heat in medium sized pan and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
