2 c soy milk
1 c stone ground oatmeal

  1. Add milk and oatmeal and cook according to type of oatmeal
  2. Put in bowl with rest of ingredients


Coconut Cardamom Oatmeal
2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
1 tbsp  unsweetened coconut flakes (of using large flakes, up it to 2 tbsp
2 tsp honey
pinch of cardamom

Banana Walnut Oatmeal
2 tbsp walnuts, chopped
1 banana, sliced
2 tsp real maple syrup

Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal
¼ c raisins
¼ c pecans
2 tsp honey
pinch of cinnamon

Cranberry Almond Oatmeal
¼ c dried cranberries
¼ c slivered almonds
2 tsp agave or maple syrup
